Terms of sale and returns

Prices are shown in euros including VAT. Registered customers get the member price in force at the time. The applicable price is the one shown in the order summary before payment.

We ship from Spain to the countries offered at checkout. Shipping costs, if any, are shown before payment. We will email you when your order ships.

Payment is by card through Airwallex, an external payment processor over an encrypted connection. NORDSKAN does not store your card details.

As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without giving a reason. To do so, email hello@nordskan.com with your order number and return the product in perfect condition and in its packaging.

We will refund all payments, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of you notifying the withdrawal (we may withhold it until we receive the product). The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer.

Products carry the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery under Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. If the product is not in conformity you are entitled to repair or replacement and, where applicable, a price reduction or termination of the contract.
