Distributor program terms

The distributor acts as an independent professional. The relationship is not an employment, partnership or exclusive agency, and each party runs its own activity, means and taxes.

Any registered user can request access. NORDSKAN reviews each application and may accept or reject it. The distributor account is activated only after approval and may be suspended for breach of these terms.

There is no sign-up fee or subscription, and buying product is not required to become or remain a distributor. Purchases are voluntary.

Volume discounts, commission percentages, hold periods, payout minimums and other economic terms are communicated to each approved distributor in the private zone of their account and form part of these terms. They are confidential and may be updated by notice in that zone; changes do not affect commissions already generated.

Commissions are generated exclusively by real product sales to customers (or by other distributors’ product purchases for their own use or resale), once the order is paid. No commission is paid for recruiting or for signing up.

If an order is returned, withdrawn or refunded, the related commissions are cancelled at every level. If already withdrawn, they will be offset against future commissions.

Available commissions may be withdrawn by bank transfer or PayPal or spent in the store, subject to the minimums in force. The distributor is responsible for their tax obligations and, if acting as a professional, for issuing the corresponding invoice for amounts received.

It is forbidden to promise guaranteed earnings, make misleading claims about the product or program, send unsolicited communications (spam) or create fake accounts to obtain commissions. NORDSKAN may cancel commissions and suspend accounts in case of fraud or abuse.

The distributor agrees not to publicly disclose the commercial terms. Either party may end the relationship at any time; commissions already accrued and not reversed will be settled under these terms.
