Customer account: name, email, password (stored hashed with scrypt), phone if you provide it and communication preferences.

Orders: items, amounts, delivery address and phone, status and tracking.

Distributor program: company, tax ID, phone, sponsor, commission history and, if you request a payout, the IBAN or PayPal account you provide.

Invitation links: when an invitation link is opened we record the click with a non-reversible fingerprint of your IP, to measure reach and attribute your sign-up to whoever invited you.

Minimal security data (IP, browser) in access logs.

Manage your account and orders and deliver the product (contract performance).

Calculate and pay distributor commissions (contract performance and tax obligations).

Prevent fraud and keep the service secure (legitimate interest).

Send you news and private offers only if you opt in (consent), which you can withdraw at any time.

Comply with accounting and tax obligations.

Service providers acting as processors: payment processor (Airwallex), email provider, site hosting and carriers. We do not sell your data. A distributor can see the first name and last-name initial of customers and distributors in their network, never your email or address.

We keep data while you keep your account and afterwards for the statutory limitation periods (generally up to 6 years for accounting and tax data).

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hello@nordskan.com. If you think we have not handled your request, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
